LIFE AT SLOCLAP
ABOUT US
From day one, our goal has always been to craft original action games that are fun, satisfying, and challenging. Our love for martial arts has strongly influenced our first two titles, Absolver and Sifu, but we have broad interests and won't limit ourselves to fist-fighting for our future titles. One thing is sure; within the broad action genre, our projects will always feature our core pillars: deep and challenging gameplay systems, beautiful hand-crafted animations, and a stylized art direction.
PARITY INDEX
The French law no. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018 and Decree no. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019 set up a system for measuring pay and development gaps between women and men in companies with more than 50 employees through a score out of 100.
Sloclap's parity index for 2025 is 85/100.

Perks
Here are some perks you don’t have to level-grind for!
-
Your salary is based on your level, responsibilities, and contribution within the studio. Annual evaluations offer the opportunity both for new goal setting and salary re-evalutions and promotion.
-
We embrace a flexible work environment and provide two days of remote work per week (Mondays and Fridays). Additionally, our teleworking charter grants employees a flat-rate allowance of €20 per month for the days they work from home.
Employees also benefit from additional remote work days based on their tenure.
We will also consider full WFH arrangements for specific openings across France.
-
We offer an inter-company daycare service with reserved places in centers of our employees’ choice, fully paid by us.
We’ve expanded several parental leave provisions beyond the legal framework, including extended maternity leave up to 4 months, and an additional 6 weeks of second-parent leave. After the birth of a child, employees have the option to return to work on a temporary 80% schedule with 100% salary, until they are 6 months old.
We also provide paid leave for unexpected childcare needs, as well as paid time off for mandatory adoption-related appointments.
-
We offer one paid day of menstrual leave per month, along with the option to work remotely for an additional day if needed.
-
We offer both Participation and Incentive (Intéressement) employee savings schemes, allowing everyone to share in the company’s success.
-
We tend to enjoy each other’s company and we show it by organizing gathering events (many of them in our lovely terrace right in the middle of the Parisian cityscape). Either around a breakfast, an afterwork drink or a studio game jam we get the chance to spend quality time together!
-
We cover 50% of public transportation subscriptions.
We also support greener commuting through the Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD) for home-to-work travel, which can be combined with the legal public transport contribution.
-
Our supplemental health insurance is powered by Alan, giving access to wellbeing resources (articles, videos, advice) and the possibility to exchange with healthcare professionals. When needed, consultations are also available via chat or video call.
-
Through our Social and Economic Committee (CSE), we offer additional perks such as yearly gift cards and subsidies for cultural and leisure activities.
-
We offer a Worklife card with a daily 10-euro allowance and the 60% is paid by us.
