  • Your salary depends both on how many years of professional experience you have and the level at which we make an offer. Annual evaluations offer the opportunity both for new goal setting and salary re-evalutions and promotion. 

  • We embrace a flexible work environment and provide two days of remote work per week (Mondays and Fridays). Additionally, our teleworking charter grants employees a flat-rate allowance of €20 per month for the days they Work From Home.

    We will also consider full WFH arrangements for specific openings across France.

  • Our supplemental health insurance is powered by Alan. Alan Mind is also included, giving you access to a mental health app providing individual therapy & coaching sessions, 200+ exercises, personalized content, and more.
